Wash vinyl siding with a soft cloth or ordinary long-handled, soft bristle brush. For textured surfaces, use only a soft bristle brush to keep the grooves in the texture stain-free. For best results, start at the bottom of the house and work up and rinse the cleaning solution completely before it dries. If your house has brick facing, cover the brick so that it is not affected by the runoff.

We use a proprietary technology package called Chromatix to preserve your color and protect your investment. Chromatix is designed to resist fade associated with ultraviolet exposure and to reflect infrared energy for great on the wall performance. 

Vertälla installs much like standard vinyl board-and-batten siding and uses the same familiar accessories. It’s engineered for vertical installation and comes in 10′ panels that lock together with traditional vinyl siding techniques. Siding contractors can cut and nail Vertälla panels using common vinyl siding tools (like snips and a snap-lock punch).

As with all Westlake Royal vinyl products, ensure a 1/4″ gap for expansion at the top and ends, and you’re set.
