Self-adhered, premium high-temperature underlayment for metal roofs that is easy to install and provides an extremely slip-resistant surface for durability. The SBS-modified asphalt core seals around nail penetrations, making it the preferred choice of metal roofers, contractors, architects, and builders.

FAQs
MetalSeal HT is designed specifically for tile roof applications, but can be used with any other steep-sloped roofing material. Roof tiles can be foam adhered to MetalSeal HT which has superior adhesion qualities and sure-footedness. Additionally, it is strong, durable and flexible for easy application.
A clean, dry, smooth roof deck that is properly fastened to the framing is necessary to achieve a proper, long-lasting installation.
MetalSeal HT may be used under metal roofing, but Westlake Royal recommends MetalSeal HT with metal roofs.
